The Resurrection Changes Everything

Warm Greetings!

We trust you are doing well and enjoying the blessings of the Lord in your life!

As we draw closer to the day that we celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, I wanted to take this opportunity to remind you that without the Resurrection, we have nothing!

Paul, in his first letter to the Church at Corinth, wrote the following:

1 Corinthians 15:17–19 (NKJV) — 17 And if Christ is not risen, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins! 18 Then also those who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished. 19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men the most pitiable.

Invite a Friend or Family Member to Easter Service

Resurrection Greetings!

As we draw nearer to the day that we celebrate the resurrection of Christ, I want to encourage you to think of someone to invite for that day.

While we live in a busy world, the most significant thing we can do with our time is spend it in the presence of our Lord in worship. There is something powerful about gathering together with people as well!

Death Cancelled! Easter Letter

Resurrection Greetings!

What an exciting time of year it is, especially for those of us who have put our trust and faith in Jesus Christ as our Savior!

A portion of scripture in the Bible shows the tremendous victory Christ won over death as He arose from the grave in power and authority.

1 Corinthians 15:55–57 (NKJV) — 55 “O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?” 56 The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Removing the Sting of Death – Easter

Resurrection Greetings!

Once again, we will celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ from the grave as we come together for Easter/Resurrection Sunday service!

We know the Bible makes it quite clear that the wages of sin is death:
Romans 6:23 (NKJV) 23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

If you have been serving the Lord for any time, you have heard the message that there has only ever been one perfect, sinless man on this earth for the entirety of life, and His name is Jesus!

The Miracle of Easter Letter

Resurrection Greetings!

We often hear people refer to an unexplainable event as a “miracle,” and we have become a bit too used to hearing the term used out of context and meaning.

When Jesus was here on this earth, the Bible tells us this:
Acts 10:38 (NKJV) 38 how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.

The good that Jesus did was miraculous in so many ways and had no explanation for what took place other than it was an “act of God.” We often hear the term “act of God” today as it references tragic events such as hurricanes or tornadoes, etc. but the acts of God Jesus did were good things!
