Dear (NAME)

The Dictionary defines the word “appreciate” in this way; “to be grateful or thankful for.”

The Bible says in 1 Thessalonians 5:12-13, “Now we ask you, brothers, to respect those who work hard among you, who are over you in the Lord and who admonish you. Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work. Live in peace with each other.”

We believe that one of the ways we can truly “live in peace with each other” is to show our “highest regard in love” to our Pastor and his wife (NAME), Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!

Dear

October is here! It seems almost hard to believe, but this year is going by very quickly and we will soon be sharing Christmas news with you.

Many congregations and denominations have designated the month of October as “Pastor Appreciation Month” and use a portion of that month to honor their Pastor(s) in a variety of different ways. We too, believe in the importance of honoring those whom God has placed in our midst. Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!

Good Friday Service Invitation

Dear (INSERT NAME),

When I was a child, I was always confused by the phrase “Good Friday.” Usually, we don’t look upon the death of a loved one and call it “good.”  On the contrary, we grieve and mourn for the loss of life. That being said, how could the day of our Savior’s violent death be called good? Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!

Maundy Service Invitation Letter

Dear (INSERT NAME),

Maundy Thursday is approaching. The term Maundy comes from the Latin word mandatum, or commandment—but what does this have to do with Maundy Thursday?

As the circumstances of Holy Week continue to grow dark and intense, it’s easy to forget which event happened on which day.  Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!

Thanksgiving Service Invitation

Dear

During this season of Thanksgiving, I wanted to take just a moment to reflect on the purpose of this wonderful time, as well as provide encouragement to set an example of thankfulness to our families and friends.

It is quite clear that to have a “thankful spirit” does not exactly come naturally just because we are born into the human race.  Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!

Warm Greetings!

We are so thrilled to be celebrating the (#th) Anniversary of our church and are excited you have chosen to join with us as we take some time to observe this very special day.

As we look back over the years, we must take pause and be thankful to the Lord who has blessed us with His presence year in, and year out.  Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!

Father’s Day Invitation to Church

Dear _________________,

I would like to take this opportunity to invite you and your family to our services on Father’s Day here at the church.

One of the most powerful statements a Father can make is to attend church with his family. It speaks volumes to the next generation coming behind us, and goes a long way to develop the thought of attending church in the minds of our young people who will eventually will grow up to be leaders in their own homes. Easter Cantata Musical Invitation

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Smith:

He is not here, He is risen! Luke 24:2 recounts the story of the empty tomb.

Can you imagine an empty tomb where a dead body once lay? A huge stone was rolled away and all that was left was an empty tomb. Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!

Dear Church Family,

He is Risen!

Those are three of the most beautiful words to be arranged in a sentence you will ever hear!

As we move rapidly towards another Easter Sunday, or as some would call it…Resurrection Sunday, I want to take a moment to encourage you to invite your friends and neighbors out to church with you.   Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!
