Mother’s Day Tribute – 2023

On this special occasion of Mother's Day, we take a moment to pay tribute to the most important woman in our lives – our mothers. A mother's love knows no bounds, and her impact on our lives is immeasurable.

Mothers are the first to comfort us when we are hurt, the first to encourage us when we feel discouraged, and the first to celebrate our successes with us. They are our teachers, our role models, and our confidantes. Their selflessness and sacrifice know no limits.

Mother’s Day Tribute

(Please note: This tribute may also be used as a letter of invitation to Mother's Day)

Welcome to all Mothers who are either in attendance today or watching this service online.

(Letter may be used any year)

Greetings in Christ!

What a wonderful time of the year!  Once again, it is time to “give honor where honor is due” here at (NAME OF CHURCH) by honoring all Mothers who attend our services on Mother's Day.

We are of the belief of course that Mothers should be honored on a daily basis, and not just one day out of an entire year, yet it is always such a joy to simply take time during our services to recognize and appreciate those who give so much, and in so many ways.

Magnets and Mothers – Invitation to Mother’s Day Service

I pick up things. What am I?” When the test papers were turned in, the teacher was astonished to find that almost 50 percent of the students answered the question with the word Mother.
