A few months ago we came across a software product that has been a tremendous benefit in the ongoing development of our website at Churchletters.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As a matter of fact, it is one of those software products that after using it for just a short period of time, I wondered why I didn't purchase it years ago. In full disclosure, this article has an affiliate link that provides a financial benefit to us. However, this is absolutely one product that I would recommend even without that affiliate benefit!<\/p>\n

As you can imagine, we have a tremendous amount of traffic to our website from pastors and secretaries all over the world seeking four letters to add clarity to their communication efforts.<\/p>\n

\"Grammarly<\/a>Some of the things that we all struggle with from time to time are the proper placement of commas, colons, and semi-colons, etc., as well as a myriad of other grammatical struggles.<\/p>\n

Personally, I have found the software very simple to use, and in the past few months, I have used it quite extensively. One of the things that I really enjoy is that I can focus on the creative aspect of writing letters, and the software can assist with grammatical accuracy.<\/p>\n

Not only is it software that can be downloaded to your computer, but it can also be used as a plug-in for your email program, web browser, Twitter, LinkedIn, and nearly anywhere else you write on the web.<\/p>\n

The software makes suggestions, and it's up to me (and you) whether or not to implement the changes that are suggested.<\/p>\n

Grammarly is not just a safety net but you will receive detailed explanations for all the mistakes in the weekly progress report is emailed so that you can see the progress that you have made.<\/p>\n
