Church Welcome – I Was Glad When They Said Unto Me..

Psalm 122:1 I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the Lord.

This verse of scripture seems to jump off the page of the Bible it’s written on as the Psalmist declared the tremendous joy and anticipation he had at the mere mention of going to the house of the Lord. Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!

Church Welcome – Labor Day Weekend

Welcome to (NAME OF CHURCH!)

What a joy it is to gather together to worship on this very special weekend when we recognize and appreciate… work!

It seems that we often lose sight of this weekend as many people simply view it as the final weekend of Summer vacations as school is once again in session. Others may see it as another weekend of cookouts and a day off to celebrate work! (Seems almost ironic doesn’t it?) Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!

Welcome to Worship Service!

We want to take a few moments today to remind you of the importance of believing all God says about you, and the freedom you can (and should) enjoy as you enter this time of Worship.

Too many people are allowing their present environment and outlook on life to be influenced by their past experiences, yet Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!

We are so glad you’ve chosen to join us today for services here at (NAME OF CHURCH), and trust you have a wonderful experience!

As we begin the Summer months, once again, we find there are so many things to do that would take our attention away from the Lord. Yet, we want to encourage you today to do all you can to continue to keep God first and foremost in your life, as well as the loved ones God has blessed you with. Church Welcome Speech – Life is Hard, But God is Good!

We are glad you chose to worship with us today here at (NAME OF CHURCH), and trust you enjoy the service and are encouraged in the Lord!

There is a song written and sung by Pam Thum entitled “Life is Hard, but God is Good”.

As you gather in worship today, we would encourage you to dwell on the second part of that title which declares “God is Good”! Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!

Church Welcome Speech – Be Encouraged!

We are glad you chose to worship with us today here at (NAME OF CHURCH), and trust you enjoy the service and are encouraged in the Lord!

While there are times we are encouraged as a result of things that have worked out to our advantage, or even the kind words of a family member or friend, did you know that we must also “encourage ourselves” in the Lord as well? Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!

Church Welcome Speech – Spectator or Participator?

Welcome to our service here at (NAME OF CHURCH)!

Sports are an amazing thing. Someone has described an American football game as 60,000 spectators desperately in need of exercise observing 22 athletes desperately in need of rest. Similar thoughts could be applied to soccer, basketball, hockey and other sports.

Well, we know that when it comes to worship, God’s desire is that each one of us are “participators” and not “spectators”! Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!
