We often hear those words, and while they are words of encouragement to give it your best, I think those words can have even more meaning.
When we remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:13 (NIV) 13 I can do everything through him who gives me strength.
In other words, it's more like “you got this…through Him who gives you strength!”
