Ministry Letters™ Version 1.0 of 100 letters templates was released in June of 2004, and the response was overwhelming! Then, in January of 2005 we released Ministry Letters Version 1.5 which contained over 150 Ministry Letters for Church Leaders to "copy, paste, modify, and send." We then released Version 2.0 which added an additional 50 letters for a total of 200 which is where Ministry Letters Software remained until April of 2025. But wait, there’s more!
Membership Website Added
In addition to the Ministry Letters Ebook, a Membership Website was implemented at ChurchLetters.org where all letters are located, with additional letters being added frequently to keep the database of Church Letter Templates continually growing.
Membership in this Website is available for a small fee and now contains well over 1,200 letters! Other bonuses are also offered on the site, and members are encouraged to take advantage of all the bonuses and ease of using the Website. The benefit of keeping an active membership is that you will have access to new letters immediately without waiting for an additional update to the software. In addition, you will have access to all Church Welcomes and other content and bonuses only available on the website.
Church Letters Version 12.0!
While the Website gives us flexibility to add letters quickly and easily, over the years it was requested that we offer a download for ALL the letters on the website. Looking at many hours of labor “copying and pasting” from the website to a document, we decided to put that project on hold until NOW! In April of 2025, we are now offering all our letters in one convenient download which will be available in PDF format. While the document will be quite lengthy, you can easily search for various keywords as well as jump to each category using the sidebar showing over 45 categories.
We will be updating the software over time as we continue to update our website which will continue to be available as a separate “product”. Updates to the software will be made available with the goal of updating it every time there are an additional 50 letters posted on the website.
This new PDF software option is called: Church Letters Version 12.0 which signifies the milestone of 1200 letter templates available!
With over 40 years of Ministry experience, we offer these letters as a resource for use in your busy ministry. Please modify them for your own ministry use to reflect your personal style of communication.
- These letters are meant to be modified. Please do not use them verbatim as you will want to change them somewhat to reflect your own heart and ministry environment. Double check the letter before you send it for accuracy. Simply copy a letter, modify it, then send it via email or “snail mail”
- You may notice some duplicate letters throughout this document. This is because those letters belong to more than one category. So, while the total page count is more than 1,200 it is due to some of the letters placed in more than one category.
- All letters in this document are also on our website.
