Thank You Letters for Churches are a great way for churches to “practice what we preach.”
Written by a Pastor with over 35 years of ministry experience, they will be a great addition to your follow up efforts to reach your community for Christ!
Whether it’s a letter for IRS reporting purposes or a or a letter thanking a board member for their faithful service, or even a letter to thank someone for their stewardship and faithful giving, you are sure to find letters you can easily modify and use!

I just wanted to take a moment to send you a note to thank you for the honor of ministering at your (loved one's) funeral, as well as to offer my sincerest condolences to you. I know that we hold a great assurance that we will see our saved loved ones again even as we stay faithful to Christ. I’m really not sure how people make it through this life without that realization.
I just wanted to take a moment to send a note to say “Thank You” for your help here at the church in our recent Work and Clean Up Day. You were a great help!
Dear Church Family,
What a tremendous joy it is to know that we will be welcoming our new Pastor and family here at First Christian Church!
On behalf of the entire Deacon Board/Search Committee, I want to extend our sincerest expression of gratitude and thanks for your patience during the process of determining God's will for our Church in this vital ministry of Pastor.
I wanted to take a moment to send you this brief note to let you know how much I appreciate your service here at First Christian Church.
The work you perform as Secretary is most often one that is “behind the scenes”, however, I want to assure you that not only do I see the work, most importantly the Lord sees your hours of labor to make First Christian Church a place that the Name of Christ is honored.
