I hope this letter finds you in the best of health and spirits. I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering faithfulness and the exceptional job you have been doing as our church janitor. Your commitment to maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our church has not gone unnoticed, and I am immensely grateful for your dedicated service.
I am writing to request the possible use of your Church Sanctuary at First Christian Church for a wedding between me and my fiance' ____________ ______________ on Saturday (date) at 2:00 PM.
We are living in Florida at the present time, however, _________ is my home town and we would like to have the service in __________ so that it would be most convenient for family and friends to attend the Wedding.
It gives me great joy to write to inform you that we, as the congregation of First Christian Church will be holding our first services in our new facility located at 1555 King's Highway on Sunday, May 15.
As you know, we have been in a building project for the past _______ years/months, and while there have been challenges along the way, and yes, even obstacles, we have once again realized the faithfulness of God as He has given us wisdom and direction as we trusted Him.
I just wanted to take a moment to send a note to say “Thank You” for your help here at the church in our recent Work and Clean Up Day. You were a great help!
I write to you on behalf of the Board and Congregation of First Christian Church to extend an invitation to you to be with us for the Church Dedication Service on Sunday, September 7, 2005 at 10:00 AM.
John, your labor at First Christian Church is greatly appreciated, and we want to be sure that you have an invitation extended to be present to celebrate this special event.
