I write briefly to let you know how much we appreciated the presentation of (Adult Christmas Cantata) this past week at First Christian Church.
I know that it takes great dedication to organize an event such as this, and you are to be commended for the fine job you and the Choir have done in sharing the Christmas message in song and drama. I am sure it served as great inspiration for many of the family and friends of the children, as well as the many people who assembled here at FCC for the presentation.
I write briefly to express our deepest appreciation for your generosity in donating ________ to First Christian Church during our recent effort to give Turkeys to those who are less fortunate during this time of the year.
Along with gifts from area businesses and the generous gifts of individuals, we were able to give over 200 Turkeys away during our December Food Distribution.
On behalf of the leadership and congregation of First Christian Church, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for having representation from (Department Name) at our Emergency Personnel Appreciation Day on Sunday, September 14th 2008.

I wanted to take this opportunity to send a note to thank you for placing flowers in the Church Sanctuary in memory of your late wife, Jane Smith. I realize that special days such as Easter can often be difficult as we think back on wonderful times together spent together in the House of God, as well as in the home.
