Announce Temporary Online Only Services due to Covid

Dear Church Family,

As our world continues to battle this Global Pandemic, doubtless, it has affected all our lives in one way or another. Churches all over the world have felt the impact as well, and our church is certainly no exception.

I'm sending this brief note to inform you that we will be meeting online only for the next two weeks. A few of our people have tested positive for the virus in the past few days. Out of an abundance of caution, we will not meet again until (DATE). That date is somewhat tentative at this point. Over this past year, we have learned to say “the Lord willing” far more than we ever have before.

We Miss You at Church (During Pandemic)

(Letter to use for people missing church while being extra cautious)

Greetings in Christ!

I wanted to take a few moments to send you this letter to let you know that we miss you during this challenging Global Pandemic.

While many have gathered back in the sanctuary for church services, we know that others are not quite ready to return yet. Please rest assured, we understand! While we are praying that the day comes soon, we can all be together again; please know we consider you a valuable part of this local church body.

While we don't know all the reasons some continue to stay away from gathering, we do know some have weakened immune systems or are elderly and want to be fully confident before attending church again.

New Year Letter 2021 – 2020 is Hindsight!

2020 is Hindsight

New Year Greetings!

We often hear the words “Hindsight is 20/20,” but I want to share these words with you today; “2020 is Hindsight”.

I've been waiting to share those words for many months as the year 2020 held challenges we have never seen before. Individuals, families, churches, businesses, and governments worldwide have been impacted due to the Global Pandemic.

I don't want to be a “downer,” but I think it is essential to give a reminder that simply because the calendar has now flipped to a New Year doesn't mean all our troubles are behind us. I have little doubt that 2021 will still hold many situations that will require us to look to God for answers.

Contribution Letter for Taxes 2020

Greetings in Christ!

Enclosed you will find your record of giving during the past year of 2020. Carefully examine this record and compare it with your records. If you see any discrepancies at all, get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Even though 2020 has held tremendous challenges for all of us, please know that we do not take the sacrificial giving of people in times of difficulty lightly. In a year filled with health challenges, lockdowns, political and racial unrest, I'm so glad we serve a God who continues to be generous to us!

Christmas Letter 2020 Hope Theme (Covid)

The year 2020 will soon be in our past, and if you're like me, it can't come a moment too soon! This year has been months of difficulty on so many levels, for so many people. With the effects of a Global Pandemic still taking place, it seems there are reasons for Hope. While there are varied opinions about a vaccine and what hope it provides, there can be no doubt, many are believing for the best.

I want to take this opportunity to remind you once again of the fact that in Christ “hope came down” to dwell among us over 2,000 years ago. He continues to dwell here by the power of the Holy Spirit and, through His death and resurrection, provided the perfect “vaccine” for humanity's sin problem!
