You have reached the Category that contains ALL our Church Letters. As you can see below, there are MANY pages you could navigate through if you wanted to.
** Yet, we recommend simply hovering over the GREEN LETTERS LINK on the menu bar above, then selecting a category there to narrow down your search.
Some of our more popular categories from the over 60 categories that are available: Church Visitor Follow-up, Church Anniversaries, or Church Invitations. Again, these are only a few suggestions.
Another way to find the letter you are looking for is to use the “SEARCH” near the top right of the website. Just type in a keyword for what you’re looking for, and a list will appear.
You may also want to take some time to watch the short video “How to Use this Website”. The video will help you become familiar with how best to navigate, saving you time. (This video will be updated as much as possible to be relevant to the time you signed up).
Of course, if you are just looking for ideas and would like to browse the many letters below, feel free to do so!

Dear friends,
Greetings in the Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
As the summer progresses I trust that you and your family are enjoying the beautiful weather that so often accompanies this time of year.
I would like to invite you to attend some evangelism training classes beginning (DATE AND TIME), and continuing through (DATE). Would you take a few moments to reserve time on you calendar now to join us for this?
Jesus told His disciples in Mark 16:15; …”Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” This was not just a suggestion, or even a question to see if they would actually obey, but it came simply as a command for them to share the gospel with everyone!
Dear Parents and Students:
We are pleased you are part of the community of families who send their (NAME OF SCHOOL). For many of our parents this is another year of working with our school as we educate your young people. For others, this is your first experience with us. We welcome each of you and pledge to do our best to provide a Christian environment enabling your children to experience all areas of learning from a Christian perspective.
Dear Friends at (NAME OF CHURCH),
Paul the Apostle shared these words with the church at Thessalonica which seem so fitting at this time; 1 Thessalonians 1:2-3 (KJV) 2 We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers; 3 Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father.
On behalf of the leadership and congregation here at (NAME OF CHURCH), I would like to express our deepest appreciation
