When we think of the birth of Jesus Christ, it is often easy to associate Him with the term “Lamb of God” because of the things that come to mind when describing a lamb. Meek and lowly, gentle and even somewhat needy would describe a lamb, much as a child born into this world even today.

Christ still changes lives! I am still thoroughly convinced of this fact as I have seen the lives of countless people impacted with the message of Jesus Christ over the years.
One can only begin to imagine the host of untold millions of people since the birth of Jesus Christ that have been impacted and changed for the better through the wonderful gift of Salvation.

What a wonderful time of year it is as once again we pause and remember the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I know the word “pause” might seem like an odd one to use during this time of year when everything about the season seems to be so chaotic. Yet, I believe it is important for us to “pause on purpose” if we really want to have a meaningful Christmas season.

We have just come through a season of Thanksgiving in which we offered thanks in so many ways to the Lord for the many blessings we enjoy.
No matter what we have been through in this past year, I am convinced that each of us can find not only one thing but MANY things to be thankful for!
