Whether you are a regular attendee or this is your first time with us, we wanted to make sure you know how much we appreciate you joining for worship today here at (NAME OF CHURCH)!
Today is recognized nationally as Grandparents Day, and we wanted to just take this opportunity to express our love and appreciation to all the Grandparents in attendance.
Today is Pentecost Sunday which is a significant day to remember and appreciate in the history of the church. We are thrilled to have so many with us today who are the first to respond to our call in times of need. While we hope we never have to make that call, it's always comforting to know that help is a matter of minutes away. There have been a few times over the years we've even had to call for help even after gathering here for Church on a Sunday.
Good morning! We want to welcome those of you who have joined us for worship today on this Labor Day Weekend!
For some, this is the last chance to get away before Summer “closes down shop” for the year. We are grateful that YOU have chosen to be in the Lord's house this weekend!
Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country.
We're thrilled you have chosen to worship with us today, regardless of whether you attend here regularly, or attend periodically, or even if this day is your first day with us!
