The Bible tells us in Hebrews 10:25 – 25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
This scripture almost seems to be more difficult in this day we live as we seem to be busier than ever! I've often thought it would be wonderful if somehow we had an “eighth day of the week,” but sadly, we would find ways to fill that up as well.
I wanted to take this opportunity to send a note to thank you for joining us for worship this past Sunday at (NAME OF CHURCH).
While many of our regular attendees are either on a weekend break or vacation, it is always a welcome sight to see people visiting with us!
Life gets so busy, and as we move into the months ahead, once again, many of our activities will center around our families. We believe there is nothing quite so great as being involved in a church that is active in ministry and outreach.
Greetings in the Name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
Well, it’s almost that time of year again when our children and youth will be attending Summer Bible Camp. These are such special times in the life of a youngster growing up, and many of us have very fond memories of times spent at Camp during the summer.
We are so glad you have chosen to join us today as we worship the Lord together in the House of God!
Today as we worship, I want to encourage you to think about the incredible majesty of God as the creator of everything. He is the giver of life and the reason we have breath in our lungs to live another day.
Well, it’s almost that time of year again for our youth and children here at FIRST CHRISTIAN CHURCH…Camp Time!
If you had the opportunity to go to Bible Camp when you were growing up, you know what a powerful, life-changing experience it can be. I know that for me, it was something I looked forward to on an annual basis as my parents did everything within their power to make it happen.
