Welcome to our Christmas Eve Service here at (NAME OF CHURCH). We are delighted that you and your family have chosen to take a few moments this evening to worship the Lord with us.
Over 2,000 years ago on a silent and holy night, the Savior of the World was born. Not in a Palace filled with pomp and circumstance, but in a lowly stable because there was no room for Mary and Joseph in the Inn.

While we desire to show the love of Christ throughout the entire year, I can't think of a better season than during Christmas to fully display God's love for humanity!
There is a beautiful old song that goes like this:
Oh love of God, how rich and pure,
how measureless and strong,
it shall forevermore endure,
the saints and angels song.
Christmas Greetings in Christ,
In this Christmas season I wanted to take this opportunity as your pastor to send you this Christmas letter of encouragement as once again we celebrate our Savior's birth.
There is a wonderful Scripture found in Isaiah 9:6 (NKJV) 6 For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
While there is so much to unpack in that Scripture, I wanted to take a moment to focus on the fact that Jesus came as our Prince of Peace. If there is anything this world needs today, it is the realization that Jesus Christ came to bring peace to mankind.

I wanted to take this opportunity during the Christmas season to send this letter to you. We will once again we will be receiving a special Church Christmas Offering on the Sunday right before Christmas.
In this season of giving we would like to encourage you to place the church at, or near the top of your list. We make no apologies for making such a request because God has been so good to us as a Church Family. We also know it is because we all contribute in some particular way even throughout the year.

As we move into the Christmas season, I wanted to take a moment to focus on a word that quite possibly we don't think of during this time, yet if we did our best to heed the word of God in this area, it would be amazing what God will do in the upcoming year.
The Bible tells us in: Psalm 133:1 (NKJV) 1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity!
