I wanted to send this letter of apology to you for being late for our recent meeting here at the church.
It is never my intention to be late, and I never want to be known as the “late” pastor by any means! Yet, in this case, there was some much needed communication that needed to be completed with someone else before moving forward with my next meeting with you.
