Thank You Letters for Churches are a great way for churches to “practice what we preach.”
Written by a Pastor with over 35 years of ministry experience, they will be a great addition to your follow up efforts to reach your community for Christ!
Depending on how well you know me or pay attention to my sermons, you might think that my mom/parents brought me up well, or you might think I was raised in a barn. Of course, I’d like to think that you believe the former over the latter!
For what it’s worth, my mom/parents taught me to always send a thank-you note when someone has given a gift to me, whether that was a present with a bow, a check for my birthday, or an act of love and kindness.
Enclosed you will find your Church giving report for the past year of (YEAR). We want to thank you so much for your generous support.
On behalf of the leadership here at (NAME OF CHURCH), as well as the entire congregation, I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for your faithfulness in giving.
On behalf of the congregation of FCC, I want to take this opportunity to say Thank you for your willingness to serve on the Missions Committee during this upcoming year.
As a body, we have been blessed with your wisdom and dedication to the church, serving faithfully and always reaching above and beyond what is asked of you to help further the message of the Gospel. Your passion for bringing the Good News of Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world is evident in everything you do, and we are so blessed to have your experience and wisdom as we seek new ways to fulfill the Great Commission this year at FCC.
On behalf of the congregation of FCC, I want to take this opportunity to say Thank you for your willingness to serve as a Church Board Member during this upcoming year.

It is with deep appreciation I take this opportunity to write to you at this time that our Nation dedicates to honoring War Veterans.
When our Country called, you answered. While time goes by and many people seem to go on with life with little or no regard for the sacrifices of our Veterans, I want to assure you that we here at First Christian Church hold you in high esteem.
