I just wanted to take a moment to write a note to let you know how much I appreciate your ministry of music here at First Christian Church.
What a powerful place music holds within the service, and I have seen in you the heart of a worshiper, which in turn helps our people enter into that time of intimacy with the Lord during the services.

We often get so caught up in doing our own “work” around here that we forget to express appreciation.
I just wanted to take a moment to let you know that I have noticed the wonderful and unique quality of friendliness in your life.
I have seen the way you interact with others around you, and you have inspired me as you have also inspired others. This is something you can use for the Lord in a profound way as you encourage the discouraged, make a visitor feel welcome, or simply offer a kind word to the young child that you speak with.
I wanted to write to you briefly to let you know that I have observed excellent leadership qualities in your life, and I want to encourage you to continue to allow the Lord to develop this area.
