I wanted to take a moment to send you this note to let you know that we will be praying for you during this difficult stage in your life. I realize that losing a home is perhaps one of the most devastating things that can happen in life.
While being a Christian certainly does not take the reality of the situation away, we do know that if we continue to trust God for His strength, He will show up in a powerful way just when we need Him most.

But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses, -2 Corinthians 6:4
I know that sometimes it is hard to hold onto faith and trust in God, especially when things have gone wrong in our lives, relationships have fallen apart and we can see and feel nothing apart from the hurting of our hearts.
At such times, it is important to remember that God is love and he resides in our hearts. He is feeling everything we feel and it is at these times, if we let him, that God will heal our wounds.
