You have reached the Category that contains ALL our Church Letters. As you can see below, there are over 100 pages you could navigate through if you wanted to.
Yet, we recommend simply hovering above that shows “Church Letter Categories” and select a category there to narrow down your search. Some of our more popular categories of the over 60 that are available; Church Visitor Follow-up, Church Anniversaries, or Church Invitations. Again, these are only a few suggestions.
Another way to find the letter you are looking for is to use the “Search” area. Just type in a keyword of what you’re looking for and a list will come up.
You may also want to take some time to watch the short video “How to Use this Website”. The video will help you become familiar with how best to navigate to save you time.
Of course, if you are just looking for ideas and would like to browse the many letters below, then feel free to do that as well!
It's that time again! I know it must seem hard to believe, but Summer break is over, and it's time for School!
Well, as I write those words, I know some are filled with a sense of excitement and anticipation of all the new school year holds, and others are not nearly as thrilled as they see the challenges ahead.
I am writing to personally say that we miss you at church!
We care deeply for our members and visitors. In addition, we strive to be a community where people are known and loved. We want to let you know that we care about you and notice when you are unable to be with us.
I value you greatly and care genuinely about your walk with the Lord. If you have chosen to worship elsewhere, would you just let me know? I always like to know if I’m still your Pastor, so I know whether to reach out in times of need, etc.
We are so appreciative of all our volunteers here at (NAME OF CHURCH)! We wanted to be sure to send a personal note of Invitation to our Church Volunteer Appreciation Banquet.
This Banquet will be held on (DATE) at (PLACE) and will begin promptly at (TIME). We do encourage you to arrive at least 1/2 hour early to fellowship with one another before taking your seats about 10 minutes before starting time.
We are excited about the things God wants to do here at (NAME OF CHURCH) in the days, weeks, months, and years ahead!
While I have heard many say the following statement, it seems that perhaps Benjamin Franklin said it first: “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.”
If you're like me, you've found that time has a way of passing by quickly and that thing you mean to “get around to sometime” continues not to get done!
The Bible tells us in Hebrews 10:25 – 25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
This scripture almost seems to be more difficult in this day we live as we seem to be busier than ever! I've often thought it would be wonderful if somehow we had an “eighth day of the week,” but sadly, we would find ways to fill that up as well.
