Our church welcome categories are quite popular and visited very often by churches to assist in providing inspirational words of welcome as the church service begins.
(Use the Category Quick Links below OR the WELCOMES link on the menu bar above).
What if you were invited to a home and upon arrival, found you had to open the door yourself, find a place to sit on your own, and more!
Provide a warm and inviting greeting to visitors to your church as well as those who attend on a regular basis!
Similar to our Church Letter Templates, it’s simply a matter of copying from our site. Then, make a few minor modifications to be ready for the Sunday service.
The editing process takes no more than just a few minutes for each letter or welcome. This is much faster than writing a new one each and every week you meet for services!
Use these church welcome templates either from the platform or insert them in your church bulletin.

We are so glad you have chosen to join us today as we have worship and time of fellowship together!
Today, I would like to open with the following scripture from Isaiah 41:10; “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be discouraged, for I am your God.”
Let’s read together a passage about the apostles of Jesus who were evangelizing and sharing the good news with the world after Jesus had been resurrected. Acts 2:46-47 says, “Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.”
As the disciples went out into the world to build God’s kingdom, they never forgot to come together again and have fellowship with one another and worship God. This was such an important time where they would encourage one another and recharge their batteries before going back out the next day to do the Lord’s work.
The Word of God tells us in 1 Peter 5:6-7 (NKJV) 6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, 7 casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
This is a powerful reminder to all of us gathered here today to worship the Lord, but also that we should be fully ready to bring our burdens and cares into His presence as well!
We are so glad you have chosen to join us today as we worship the Lord together in the House of God!
The Bible says this in Psalms 122:1; I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the Lord.
In this day and age of a myriad of church services available either at the click of a mouse or the push of a button on a remote control, there is nothing quite like being IN the house of the Lord!
(Great welcome for first service of a new year too)
Welcome to Worship Service!
We want to take a few moments today to remind you of the importance of believing all God says about you, and the freedom you can (and should) enjoy as you enter this time of Worship.
Too many people are allowing their present environment and outlook on life to be influenced by their past experiences, yet
