Invitation to Christmas Eve Service

Greetings in Christ!

‘Twas the night before Christmas…

Those words are the beginning of a poem that we hear often during this time of year as children anticipate that morning they are able to gather around the Christmas tree to open gifts. Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view and/or copy full text!

Appeal for Special Christmas Offering

Greetings in Christ!

It hardly seems possible, but we are nearing the time for our Special Christmas Offering for another year. It seems like it was only yesterday it last happened, but nearly “yesterdays” have come and gone since that time! Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view and/or copy full text!

Veterans Day is a public holiday that is dedicated to honoring anyone who has served in the United States military. The holiday began as a day to remember the end of World War I and was declared a holiday by President Woodrow Wilson in 1919. Originally known as Armistice Day, the holiday became Veterans Day in 1954. It is always officially observed on November 11th. Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view and/or copy full text!

Church Christmas Letter – Soon Coming King Theme

Greetings in Christ!

I wanted to take this opportunity as we approach Christmas to send a note of encouragement to you.

What a wonderful time of year it is as we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! For centuries, lives have been changed one by one through the powerful grace and mercy He offers to those who will simply accept what He did on the cross over 2,000 years ago. Greetings in Christ!

Some of you who were brought up in the church may remember something called “testimony service”. This was a special time when people would get up to declare the works of the Lord in their own lives. This had a couple of purposes as it served to remind them and “cement” that in their hearts that God cares for them personally, but it also served as a way to inspire and bless others who might have been going through much of the same thing at that point in life. Greetings in Christ,

It’s hard to believe, but Christmas is almost here! It seems like it was just a “few days ago” since last Christmas, but as you know, time passes quickly!

This is usually the most anticipated time of year for children all across our nation and the world as parents do their best to give them a Christmas they will remember for a long time. I don’t know about you, but some of my fondest memories of Christmas don’t really have to do with “big toys” or “expensive gifts”, but good quality family time. Invitation to Church Thanksgiving Meal

Warm Greetings in Christ!

Once again we are nearing that wonderful time of year in which we express our thanks and appreciation to God for all His blessings in our lives as we celebrate Thanksgiving.

Some may look at Thanksgiving as a quick holiday before the Christmas Season, but in reality, this is an extremely meaningful time as we who have been created by God show our gratitude. Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view and/or copy full text!
