These Church Business Letters are a great way for churches to communicate with businesses, banks and even church members on business related topics.
Written by a Pastor with over 35 years of ministry experience, they will be a great addition to your follow up efforts to reach your community for Christ!
It is with heavy hearts that we have learned of the recent loss of your business. During this difficult time, I would like to extend not only our deepest sympathy, but also the support and encouragement of your FIRST CHRISTIAN CHURCH family. We pray that God will give you and your loved ones the comfort, strength, and wisdom you need as you journey into a recovery phase in your lives.
In the past few years, the downward turn of the economy has resulted in hardships, including job loss, increasing debt, and home foreclosure for many of our church family members. Losing a home to foreclosure is traumatic and can have far-reaching effects in many areas of our lives. Often times, those who lose their homes experience a sense of failure, depression, and even hopelessness. Some individuals blame themselves, feeling guilty about mishandling their financial obligations; while others feel angry toward those they perceive to be responsible for their misfortune, injustice, and loss.
Sometimes we find ourselves facing a tough situation and we may feel anxious, unprepared, or worried. We may experience these emotions if, for example, we become involved in a difficult legal situation. Activities within the judicial/legal system may be very complex, time-consuming, and expensive.
Sometimes in life we experience events we never might have expected. During these times, we may feel scared, angry, or disillusioned, even unprepared to handle such situations. Such may be the case when we find ourselves facing a legal trail. Fortunately, we do not have to rely on our own strength to get us through such difficult times.
I wanted to take this opportunity to remind you of our Annual Business Meeting, which will be held here at the Church on Sunday evening, January 30th at 6:30 PM.
As you may know, this is an important time for our church as we gather together to vote on various issues, as well as leadership positions within our local body.
