Losing a home to foreclosure is traumatic and can have far-reaching effects in many areas of our lives. Often times, those who lose their homes experience a sense of failure, depression, and even hopelessness. Some individuals blame themselves, feeling guilty about mishandling their financial obligations; while others feel angry toward those they perceive to be responsible for their misfortune, injustice, and loss.

Sometimes we find ourselves facing a tough situation and we may feel anxious, unprepared, or worried. We may experience these emotions if, for example, we become involved in a difficult legal situation. Activities within the judicial/legal system may be very complex, time-consuming, and expensive.

Sometimes in life we experience events we never might have expected. During these times, we may feel scared, angry, or disillusioned, even unprepared to handle such situations. Such may be the case when we find ourselves facing a legal trail. Fortunately, we do not have to rely on our own strength to get us through such difficult times.
