Christmas Offering – God is a Giver

Warm Christmas Greetings!

Isn't there just something beautiful about this time of year? For those of us who live in the colder areas, it may not be something so “heartwarming” to consider. Yet, without a doubt, there is just something beautiful about all the colorful lights and decorations!

The thing that makes it most exciting for me is that we will soon be celebrating the birth of our Lord and Savior. For me, at least, I believe Christmas is “the most wonderful time of the year”!

Church Christmas Letter Peace Theme

Christmas Greetings in Christ,

In this Christmas season I wanted to take this opportunity as your pastor to send you this Christmas letter of encouragement as once again we celebrate our Savior's birth.

There is a wonderful Scripture found in Isaiah 9:6 (NKJV) 6 For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

While there is so much to unpack in that Scripture, I wanted to take a moment to focus on the fact that Jesus came as our Prince of Peace. If there is anything this world needs today, it is the realization that Jesus Christ came to bring peace to mankind.
