These Church Christmas Letters are easy to copy and modify to make them your own! Each year we add new letters, yet letters from previous years can be modified as well for even more variety.
Written by a Pastor with over 35 years of ministry experience, they will be a great addition to your annual Christmas communication efforts.
As the Christmas Season is upon us once again, I've been thinking about the incredible opportunity we have as Christians.
The Bible tells us the story of John the Baptist, whose primary purpose of ministry was to be the one who would prepare the way for the Messiah. This was so the Messiah would have an entry point into the lives of the people. Yet, before He could come into the hearts of the people, an important thing needed to take place in their hearts, and it's called “repentance.”
Isn't there just something beautiful about this time of year? For those of us who live in the colder areas, it may not be something so “heartwarming” to consider. Yet, without a doubt, there is just something beautiful about all the colorful lights and decorations!
The thing that makes it most exciting for me is that we will soon be celebrating the birth of our Lord and Savior. For me, at least, I believe Christmas is “the most wonderful time of the year”!
While many are focused on what might be the politically correct thing to say during this wonderful Holiday, we focus upon the Christ of Christmas!
So, with that in mind, let me take this opportunity to wish you and yours a Merry Christmas as once again, we as a church family celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, King of Kings and Lord of Lords!
Psalm 106:1 – Praise the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; His love endures forever.
One of the great themes of the Bible is that we are to be a people of Thanksgiving, not just one particular day of the year, but as Christians, we are to be thankful daily.
On behalf of the Congregation here at First Christian Church, I wanted to take a moment to send a note to let you know we are thinking about you during this special time of the year.
While we desire to show the love of Christ throughout the entire year, I can't think of a better season than during Christmas to fully display God's love for humanity!
There is a beautiful old song that goes like this:
Oh love of God, how rich and pure,
how measureless and strong,
it shall forevermore endure,
the saints and angels song.
