Easter is a time of spring and being renewed, refreshed and restored, just as the flowers that are blooming. It is no accident that God wakes up the plants and makes the flowers to bloom at Easter time. That is the time He rolled the stone away and brought His son out of a dark grave into a beautiful, bright world – from death to life, like winter to spring. With the heat of summer comes backyard Vacation Bible Schools and more young lives to bring to know Jesus through our ministry.
As the children in our area get out of school, it brings a new level of energy and excitement to the community. It also brings us more opportunities to witness to them and show them the love of God. Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!
Christmas is a time of giving. It is the season for which I am most grateful as is true of most people. While the secular world emphasizes Christmas trees, Christmas parties and Christmas lights, we as Christians, know the true meaning of the season. Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!
Thank you for the prayers and support you have given us in our ministry, especially during this Christmas Season.
From the mission field – Merry Christmas to you and your family. What a wonderful and blessed time of year to be able to share the story of Jesus’ birth with those who have no idea who He is. Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!
Greetings in this month of February – the month of love. The mission field that God has placed me in is ripe for harvest, and my fellow workers and I are carrying out God’s call on our lives. I am reminded of the scripture verse in Lamentations 3:22 & 23, “His compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.”
As you know, we are answering God’s call in the mission field of Africa. The people here are precious people, but many of them have no idea of the love of God. We take seriously our call to tell them and we do. Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!
God’s work is alive and well in the mission field. Jesus tells us in Matthew 7:9, “Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish will give him a snake?”
God is gracious and kind to us. His mercy endures forever. Not only does He give us what we ask for, He always gives us what we need and often times even far more than what we need and always more than we deserve. Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!
