I wanted to take a moment on behalf of the leadership here at (NAME OF CHURCH) to wish you and yours a Happy New Year!
We are just coming out of the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons, and have taken time out of our schedules to express our thanks to God for His bountiful blessings, as well as the precious gift of His Son Jesus.
Isaiah 9:6 (KJV) 6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
On behalf of the congregation and leadership here at (NAME OF CHURCH), I wanted to be sure to take a moment to send a note to let you know how much you are appreciated during this Christmas Season.
It is that time of year when families are coming home from vacations, and children and youth are going back to school in anticipation of a brand new start in a grade higher than last year.
Our church is also anticipating the upcoming season as the choir prepares for Christmas (yes, I said Christmas),
I just wanted to take a moment to send you this note to let you know we will be keeping you in our prayers and thoughts as you move away from this area.
It has been a joy and a privilege to have you and your family worship with us for the past ______ years. Of course, one of the most difficult aspects of moving away is to say good-bye to so many friends you have made, and of course saying good-bye to your church family as well.
