I just wanted to take a moment to send you this note to let you know we will be keeping you in our prayers and thoughts as you move away from this area.
It has been a joy and a privilege to have you and your family worship with us for the past ______ years. Of course, one of the most difficult aspects of moving away is to say good-bye to so many friends you have made, and of course saying good-bye to your church family as well.

We are thrilled to be able to extend an invitation to this year’s annual Men’s Retreat to be held at the awesome ________________ Resort and Golf Club. Every year we look forward to gathering the men from the fellowship for fun, fellowship, spiritual teaching, and GOLF!
