Church Membership Revoked – Adultery

It is with a sense of sadness that I must write to you to inform you that your Membership in First Christian Church has been revoked upon verification of an adulterous relationship.

As you know, Membership in the local church is a great honor and privilege and should not be taken lightly.  Our Constitution and By-Laws clearly state that such behavior is grounds for removal from the Membership roll as stated in Article ______, Section _______.

Sunday School Picnic Invitation

Dear Friend,

It’s that time again – time to get together for an afternoon of fun, food and fellowship!  Won’t you join us for the First Christian Church’s annual Sunday School Picnic on Sunday, June —, immediately following the morning worship service.

Don’t usually attend Sunday School?  No problem!  It’s the Christian Education Department’s way of sharing God’s blessings with our entire congregation, as well as spend time getting to know each other in a “more casual” setting.
