We are looking forward to the tremendous things God is going to do through the ministries of (NAME OF CHURCH) as we move into the Fall Season. Many ministries are gearing up to be stronger than ever before as they seek to be a blessing to both our church and community.
Time is one of those things we all have on our hands. We might feel like we have little time or a lot of time, but the reality of it is that we ALL have the same amount of time to deal with. It's up to us however, HOW we spend that time!
I wanted to take this opportunity to send a note of encouragement to get involved in a ministry of practical and spiritual value which serves many people in need on both a weekly and monthly basis. This ministry is our Food Ministry called (NAME OF FOOD MINISTRY).
This ministry has been part of our church for (NUMBER OF YEARS), and in that time has been a tremendous blessing to hundreds within our community who have needed the resources we have to offer. It has been a great joy to serve them!
We are always in a position within the church of having a need for more people to minister to others. Whether it be a present ministry we have, or a ministry that is yet to begin. Our desire is that each and every believer within the body find a place to serve and be a blessing to others.
As the ministry of Christ continued throughout the Gospels that he had very little time or patience for those who were using religion to advance their own self-righteousness and profit.
WE are in need of children's workers within our church, so I wanted to take a moment to send this brief letter to you regarding this need.

We are greatly blessed with volunteers here at (NAME OF CHURCH), and we want to take some time to celebrate and appreciate those who volunteer their time, talent, and treasure to see the work of God progress in our area.
While we recognize our ultimate reward is in heaven, and what little we can do here on earth hardly compares to that reward, we believe it's ok to simply say “thank you”, as well as encourage and inspire one another to even greater works ahead as God enables.
