Removing the Sting of Death – Easter

Resurrection Greetings!

Once again, we will celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ from the grave as we come together for Easter/Resurrection Sunday service!

We know the Bible makes it quite clear that the wages of sin is death:
Romans 6:23 (NKJV) 23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

If you have been serving the Lord for any time, you have heard the message that there has only ever been one perfect, sinless man on this earth for the entirety of life, and His name is Jesus!

Magnets and Mothers – Invitation to Mother’s Day Service

Warm Greetings!

Appeal to Assist Financially During Holidays to Bless Families

Dear (NAME),

Warm Holiday Greetings!

With the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays just around the corner, we are taking this opportunity to send a note to all who attend here at (NAME OF CHURCH) so that we might share a very special way to get involved in being a blessing to someone in need.

As you know, this time of year not only is a tremendous time of celebrating our thankfulness to the Lord as well as celebrating His birth, but even in the midst of all the festivities that take place, we are often reminded of the difficulties people go through as well. While the intention for families is not usually the desire to “keep up with the Jones’s” so to speak, there is a desire on the part of parents to bless their children with a few gifts.

The Miracle of Easter Letter

Resurrection Greetings!

We often hear people refer to an unexplainable event as a “miracle,” and we have become a bit too used to hearing the term used out of context and meaning.

Acts 10:38 (NKJV) 38 how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.

The good that Jesus did was miraculous in so many ways and had no explanation for what took place other than it was an “act of God.” We often hear the term “act of God” today as it references tragic events such as hurricanes or tornadoes, etc. but the acts of God Jesus did were good things!
