I am sharing your giving report for the second quarter of (YEAR).
You may want to take a few moments to look over this report and compare it with your records for accuracy.
We are so grateful to you and everyone who continues to give generously to (NAME OF CHURCH). These gifts help us continue to meet the operational needs of the church, as well as outreach ministries and missions.
I wanted to take a moment to send you this letter of invitation to attend service this coming Sunday as we pause to appreciate both our freedom as Americans, as well as our freedom we enjoy as Christians.
We are so glad that you have chosen to worship with us today on this weekend that we look back and celebrate our freedom as Americans!
Someone rightfully said one time that freedom isn't free. Those of us who have lived in America for any period of time recognize that truly this is the case. Men and women have given their lives over the years so that you and I can enjoy the freedom we know, as well as the freedom to be here today to worship God together.
With a heavy heart, I write to inform you of my decision to resign as Pastor of [Church]. After much prayer and contemplation, I have come to the realization that it is time for me to move on to the next chapter of my ministry.
I am grateful for the time I have spent serving as your Pastor and the opportunity to serve and minister to you. You have been a blessing to my family and me, and I will always look back on my time here with fond memories.
