In a world of challenges such as we are facing today, isn't it wonderful to know that we serve a risen Savior?
When Jesus arrived on the scene over 2,000 years ago things were much different than they are now in so many ways, yet the human heart is still very much the same now as it was then.
People were divided then as now as to “what” the answer is. Those of us who know Christ know that it's less of a “what” question than a “who” question. There's a song written by Andrae Crouch that simply makes the statement that “Jesus is the answer for the world today.” Even though that song was written a few years ago, Jesus is STILL the answer for this world!
We are thrilled that you were able to join us for our Christmas Service! What a joy it is to come together to celebrate and appreciate the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
I trust that your visit here at (NAME OF CHURCH) was one you enjoyed and felt welcome. We do our best to provide an atmosphere where visitors and guests experience a sense of belonging, even though for many, it may be the first time to ever be at our church.
What an exciting Season this is! I don't know about you, but this tends to be my favorite time of the year as so many take time to celebrate and appreciate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
While we look around and recognize that so many have so little recognition of what this time of year is all about, we not only know why we celebrate, but we know WHO we celebrate!

On this day before Christmas, as many of us anticipate getting together with our families tomorrow to celebrate the birth of our Savior, isn't it exciting to get together as the family of God?
We recognize this time of year is a joyous occasion for many, yet we know there are those here today who have experienced something in your lifetime, perhaps even this year that makes the Christmas Season a bit difficult.
“Then the people rejoiced because they had offered so willingly, for they made their offering to the Lord with a whole heart, and King David also rejoiced greatly.” — 1 Chronicles 29:9
The Lord loves a cheerful giver, and we recognize that you have gifted CHURCH NAME generously and willingly from your own resources. Without contributions like yours, we wouldn’t be able to carry out the mission of our church and its various ministries. Your gifts go a long way in supporting the ministries of our church—we recognize this, and we are thankful for it.
