In a world of mixed-up priorities, it is so essential to make frequent “trips” to the Word of God so that we can once again be reminded of the vital importance of allowing God first place in our lives.
When we study Matthew Chapter 6, we see that the Lord talked about material needs which they had then, and we have now. Needs for things such as food and clothing. Of course, there are other needs, such as shelter and love, and more, yet the principle of Matthew 6 shows that God is a providing God.
God still saves! This is the most important fact we can share with a lost and dying world around us. I wanted to take this opportunity to encourage you to continue to share the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in spite of the pressure to be “politically correct”.
This is the month so many people do their best to share their love with one another in so many ways as we celebrate Valentine's Day.
Yet, let me just take a moment to remind you of the amazing love of our Lord Jesus Christ whose example of perfect love should be held up for all to see.
Greetings in the Name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
While we are still at the beginning of another year, and even though we may not come out and say it out loud, we probably all think of things we would like to do better, and ways we can improve our lives so that when we get to the end of this year, we can look back and give thanks to God for helping us to do better.
I wanted to take a moment and send a note to wish you and yours a very Happy New Year!
