Thank You Letter to Choir Members – Easter Musical

“He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God.  Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the Lord.” Psalm 40:3

I want to thank you for the time, work, and heart that you put into preparing the special music for our Easter Sunday service.  While I know that the choir works diligently throughout the year to provide beautiful hymns, songs, and musical testimonies to add to our worship service.

Appreciation Letter to Retiring Church Choir Director

“Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.”
— Colossians 3:16

For years, you have helped bring the message and wisdom of Christ to our congregation. Through thoughtful planning, you have carried forth the good news of each season through the choir’s songs. Your musical direction has lifted the hearts of our people, inspired them to walk more closely with the Lord, and enhanced our weekly services.

Invitation to Worship Team Tryouts

Dear (First Name),

I am so incredibly thankful that you are part of our community at Christian Life Church. As you know, our church desires to offer services where God is glorified. We also desire to honor Him in our worship each week.

We are in a new season as we build a team to lead our congregation into worship. Because of your unique talents in music, singing and worship, I would like to ask you to prayerfully consider participating in our upcoming fall Worship Team Tryouts.

Thank You to Choir Director for Christmas Musical – Anointed!

Greetings in Christ!

I wanted to take this opportunity to send a note to thank you for the Musical that was presented by the choir under your capable direction during this Christmas Season.

I must say that it was far more than just beautiful melody and harmony sung by gifted people whose voices were more than up to the task. Truly, the songs were songs of ministry accompanied by a precious anointing of the Holy Spirit. I believe the anointing makes all the difference as lives are touched in a far deeper way than any music or lyrics can do.

Thank You to Choir Members for Christmas Musical

Greetings in Christ!

On behalf of the entire congregation, I would like to take this opportunity to send a letter of thanks and appreciation to you for your participation in this year's Christmas Musical.

I know that it takes many hours of preparation and practice behind the scenes for such a wonderful presentation to be shared in what seems like a matter of moments!
