A good church greeting, or church welcome can have a number of values. Here are a few:
Hospitality: A warm and friendly greeting can make visitors feel welcome and accepted at a church. This can be especially important for those who may be new to the church or who may be visiting for the first time.
Community: Greetings can help to create a sense of community and belonging within the church. By actively reaching out and greeting others, church members can show that they care about each other and are invested in building relationships.
Inclusivity: A welcoming greeting can help to create an inclusive and diverse environment within the church. This can be especially important for those who may feel marginalized or excluded in other areas of society.
Evangelism: A friendly greeting can also be an opportunity to share the love of Christ with others. By welcoming people with a warm and open heart, church members can show the love of God to those around them and potentially lead others to a relationship with Jesus.
Overall, a good church greeting, or church welcome can help to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere within the church, which can be beneficial for both members and visitors.
We want to take this opportunity to welcome you here today to (NAME OF CHURCH)!
On this day before Christmas, as many of us anticipate getting together with our families tomorrow to celebrate the birth of our Savior, isn't it exciting to get together as the family of God?
We recognize this time of year is a joyous occasion for many, yet we know there are those here today who have experienced something in your lifetime, perhaps even this year that makes the Christmas Season a bit difficult.
Greetings in Jesus Christ and welcome to First Christian Church!
Thank you for joining us! It seems like just yesterday we were celebrating New Year’s Day, and we are already most of the way through the year! Isn’t it amazing how time flies by so quickly?
This is the week that once again we pause and celebrate our freedom as a nation and the Independence and Liberty that we now enjoy. Today, we not only take a look at the Liberty we enjoy as Americans, but greater than that, we take a look at the Liberty that was made possible through the death of our Savior, Jesus Christ on the Cross.
We would like to extend our sincere welcome to all of you for joining us today on Father's Day here at (NAME OF CHURCH). When we take the time to think about the amazing love of our Heavenly Father, it shouldn't take too long before we are ready to worship and praise Him for His benefits and blessings in our lives!
We are thrilled that you have chosen to worship with us today! There is nothing quite like joining with people in a sense of unity and the single purpose of bringing praise and honor to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
The Bible says in Psalm 133:1; “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!”
