I wanted to take just a moment to send you a note to Thank you for allowing your child/children _________ and ___________ to attend our recent Vacation Bible School here at First Christian Church.
We had a great time here as the Children were able to worship God in song, and hear exciting Bible stories that will help them both now, and in the future as they grow older. They were also able to enjoy making crafts together, as well as develop new friendships with their classmates and Bible School teachers.
I wanted to take this opportunity to send you a letter to let you know that I am thinking of you.
It has been a year since the passing of __________, and while I know that the past year has been difficult, please rest assured you are in my thoughts and prayers.
Finally, the waiting is over, and you are now married and settling into your new life together complete with dreams for the future.
On behalf of the entire church family, I want to say a hearty congratulations to both of you as you have entered into this most holy union blessed by God from the foundation of the world itself. The Bible says in: Genesis 2:24 “For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh.”
